Having said that, how’s about giving me your remaining piece of rope? For… safe… keeping… Yeah, that’s the ticket. For safekeeping!

I don’t think both pieces of rope together will do either of them any good.

If it wasn’t quite so dangerous (they’ve lost a few of the flyers in the last couple of months), I might be tempted to try it. I always wanted to fly. Just not plow into the cumulo-granite cloud.

This is the proof that self-annointed Gurus are no wiser than the average old goat….

From an optimistic viewpoint; the Guru is sitting in a sport-glider chute harness, with the chute wrapped around him, and the standing climber is wearing his base-jumping rig. Of course they each have cellular phones and rescue teams on standby. Shhhuuuurrree they do. And I have daily backups of my data from my first computer on…on punchcards.

Al, I was struck by lightning standing on top of Mt. Audubon, (13,223 ft.)..in what turned out to be a cumulonimbus cloud…Hey, it just looked like fog to us…..So the term Cumulo-granite cloud….made me wince a bit….

When he says ’ the secret of life is to have a back up plan to your exit strategy’ Does he mean exit from life? how do you have a back up plan for exiting Life? I think it’s called death.

Of course Homer gets to try over and over; life after life, but each life still ends in death.

The Guru still has his cut off rope attached… did the goat get him too? Maybe it forced his career change to Guru…?
