    Good morning Vagabonds.

Yesterday was like spring around here. Had some rain in the morning but beautiful in the afternoon. Cooler for the rest of the week with temp in the 60s.

    Everyone have a nice day.

Good morning, Vagabonds. Yesterday was a miserable day with off-and-on-again rain. I still got a shopping errand done, though. I found that I had missed Diwali in Times Square (a Hindu festival). I thought it was Oct. 22, but it was actually Sep. 22.

Morning, Vagabonds. Tomorrow we’ll be taking the girls to the airport. It will be sad to see them go. So we have more day together. They want to do a little bit more shopping. Then we might take in a local museum. I’m thinking Spindletop.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Well, our too short but great visit with our daughter came to an end yesterday. She is back in sunny California, where her temp was 94!!!!! (We had 74, and it was GLORIOUS)

Lots of fall color all over the place. We took her to the Buffalo Jump just outside Great Falls. That place is so beautiful, and full of history! You learn so much about the primitive conditions the early Indians survived in. Fascinating!

Mark, are you singing AND dancing in the rain?

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Gardeners are here today cleaning up the yard for the fall. (They will come back and finish after the leaves fall in a month or so.) Hopefully they will trim back that killer palm tree that tries to snatch your hair out every time you walk past……

@Jan. I hope the gardeners make a mulch pile with the leaves rather than throw them away. Those leave indirectly take from your soil.

Ohhhhhhh………..I would love to have your leaves, Jan! We don’t have any deciduous trees on our property, so the only compost we have is from the garden and veggie clippings. :((

When do you leave, Bill?We have lots and lots of those huge motor homes on our roads……..mostly from Alberta for the winter.
