Thought we were getting new strips this week…

I’m glad Zonker’s 3-D hand isn’t slapping us.

Even though new Sunday Doonesbury episodes resumed yesterday, daily Doonesbury strips are still in reruns until mid November.

Trudeau is my age, I hope he outlives me and keeps on drawing.

Funny how when bush did it, it was absolutely correct and if you didn’t agree, you were a traitor. Now, not so much. I wonder what the difference could be….? In any case, if McCain or rmoney had won, we’d be waist deep in it by now and beating the drums for more.

Some of us may be culturally deprived, and so missing the Airplane hilarious running gags with Lloyd Bridges (worth seeing over, so much extra throwaway material!)3D in movies was being done (rather well, though overused) in the fifties, with real Land Polaroid filters on film. Comic books picked up the idea with red/blue, which always gave me a headache. Then movies tried that (Ugh!) Polaroid is back, on HD digital, and while still overused at times, often great (but shaky-cam would ruin it for me, Ugh again!)

I had to put my 3D glasses on backwards to make it work.

Some people don’t care to read the comments but expect others to read theirs….

Yea, boring. Back to my arsenic rice. This strip is not keeping up.
