His poll numbers aren’t down because he’s black, they’re down because he’s ignored the voters opinions.

I find this toon offensive. I also find it interesting that Obama is considered “black” when his mother was “white”. Why isn’t he called “mixed-race” or maybe “grey”?

Why do people keep insisting on Obama’s race as a major factor to why he’s hated? The majority of hatred stems from partisan politics. Race & religion is just a means to an end in occasionally stirring the pot.

The cartoon has no basis in reality. It’s really pretty sad that the Democrats have no way to deflect the valid criticism of this president but to continually play the race card.Sorry bunch indeed . . .

Republicans have spent 4 and a half years saying President Obama is not really our President, trying to delegitimize him. They have failed. They are trying to eliminate the main thing he accomplished, the Affordable Health Care Act, and it looks like they will fail at that.I like the health care law. Right now I have no health insurance.I spent $12,000 out of my savings account for insurance since 2008, with no benefit.I have more than 3 years to go before I can get Medicare, and I just have to hope I live that long.Republicans hope I don’t.

This is just a disgrace of a toon Chris. I only allow so many disgusting obtuse, vitriolic and/or outright detestable statements of untruths/lies before the toon is dropped from my list. I don’t mind seeing difference of opinions and even funny toons at the expense of one side or the other, but there are lines that just can’t be crossed. This is simply an egregious lie. Whether it was invented out of some kind of fear of being wrong, losing favor, whatever, or if it is simply based out of a decrepit moral character… something seems to be the reason why untruths such as this not only occur, but become a standard talking point and argument, however baseless. You should be utterly ashamed and should be publicly shamed.

And nobody was as incompetent or as stupid as bush, other than the sheep who voted for him. And nobody calls names like republicans – I can’t hold a candle to their insults.

Nothing proves the toon more correct than the constant attacks on Obama in the right-wing media, and the constant comments of our right-wing commentators right here on this site over the last five years!!

This toon represents the sad lack of intelligence in political discussion today. Any disagreement with the President has to come down to race and not the ideology of the people involved.

When you have no decent argument, just say racism. You’ll always have fellow democrats who will amen you.

I, too, am disappointed in Obama for his lack of backbone, but the truth is McConnell, Boehner and the GOP have refused to work with the President on anything. As McConnell said “My goal is to defeat this President”.
