Good morning to all the Vagabonds:Well my wife came home this afternoon and is glad to be here. She is tired but if she can catch up on her sleep she will feel better. She went to bed a short while ago and as she laid down on the bed she remarked that it felt good to lay flat. No noise so that should help her sleep. I’ll sleep in the recliner in the living room in case she needs any help in the night.

@Woodworker: Will your wife get anyat-home therapy as well as someone to help her (and indirectly, you) with chores?

@Arye Uygur:Yes, the Visiting Nurse will come in to take her vital signs and check her INR. She also will have a Physical Therapist come in to help her rehab her hip. Then after the P/T cannot help her any more she will probably go to out-patient therapy like I did. We are waiting for the VNA to call to make an appointment. As for helping out, we have two daughters that live less than seven miles away and can help if we need it. We plan to do a minimum of chores, only what is absolutely necessary.

@Arye Uygur:We don’t require a lot of things as we live a fairly simple life and let God take care of our needs, as He has done very well.

Morning, Vagabonds.@Woodworker – glad she’s home. You’ll discover that just being in her own house and her own bed is the best therapy she can have.

    Hello, Vagabonds,

Very busy day for the Village today! Woodworker…….glad your Honey is home! She should be quite content to rehab at home! And, especially since you have two daughters so close to help out!

We had a fireman here in Helena set a fire……..he was only 18, and part of the volunteer fire dept in an outlaying area. They get paid per fire after so many hours each day on the job. He set the fire so he would have some pay! Can you imagine? How sad!!!! It could have been a disaster, but they were able to put it out relatively fast.
