Regardless of one’s political color, we are changing the guard far too often and quickly. This applies to all nations including the developed and lower resource countries. Whether we agree with them or not, we don’t give our leaders the time it takes to enact the policies we elected them to implement. How long is long enough? Is it four years, five, seven, ten?
