The grass isn’t always greener on the other slide.Hopefully the people of Egypt realize they had it a lot better when the Muslim Brotherhood wasn’t in charge.
Apparently it only took the people of Egypt a single year to realize their big mistake. They must be a lot smarter than most Americans, who after four years, are just barely realizing that they got duped into electing and re-electing the most brazenly socialist, utterly incompetent, morally corrupt, lying, degenerate, ruthless, disingenuous, arrogant, ignorant, secretive, plundering, quid-pro-quoing, worthless, piece of human flotsam ever to rise to the top of the craven morass of sewage that is modern politics. In case you’re one of those morons dumb enough to vote for him twice, I have to tell you straight out: I’m talking about Barrack Hussein Obama.
Harleyquinn recently asked me if I would admit I was wrong if facts in another issue showed me to be wrong. While that issue is still ongoing, I have to admit I was wrong about Morsi. I wonder if he caught a case of “Power fever” that seems to strike new leaders, however, when he took power, and based on information about him at the time of his election, I was optimistic.I hope the Egyptian military continues to show the restraint shown as of 7:10am on 7/2. I hope Mr. Morsi acts on the military’s instructions to respond to the peoples’ concerns or, as demanded, step down.Mr. Morsi seemed to be a moderate, but his heavy handed rule is not going to be tolerated by a people who have already rid themselves of one dictator and have no appetite for another, islamic or secular. While the protests have resulted in some deaths, there is a remarkable level of restraint and civility considering the numbers involved and general weakness of Egypt’s institutions.I look forward to seeing how this is resolved and pray to the God of Abraham, the God of Jews, Christians, AND Muslims, that wisdom prevails and a peaceful is achieved.& Harley, looks like I was wrong about Morsi. Sorry about that.Respectfully,C.
I am not sure when the 48 hours started, and my attempts to find out yield stories from 19 hours ago, etc.We should know soon if there will be a coup (the military says no) or what the new paradigm will be.

Seems every man who comes to power in Eqypt eventually wants to be crowned Pharaoh! Maybe the “people” should put a woman in power?
