Good morning, vagabonds. Yes, I went to bed early and rose late. Yesterday, I did errands in Manhattan. It involved walking, going around in buses and subways and climbing subway stairs. I came home exhausted. Today I will start addressing my Jewish New Year cards, which I send to about 25 friends and relatives, using the pocket Jewish calendars I picked up.
I got up early so I have time to tend to the garden before going into town for my Cancer Support ladies meeting. We’re having a guest speaker and I don’t want to be late.
How are the women, woodworker and dkram? How long will they have to be in a rehab place? I’ll bet they are really anxious to get home!
Sat out to watch the stars…………….5 satellites and 2 meteorites. The big summer meteor shower is about 2 weeks away, so there will be a few dropping by each night until then, growing more intense the closer we get.

Not much happening here in Nevada, either. The humidity level has dropped considerably since the monsoon storms have moved out for a while. It’s almost bearable again…..
