Since munitions do have a shelf life, it seems a good way to dispose of cruise missiles and rockets that are reaching their expiration dates would be to use them on Syrian military targets far from the towns and rebel locations. However, unless NATO and the Arab League are willing to put their aircraft and citizens in harm’s way, I see no reason why our military should take point in this war.The cartoon is just plain sad. If the Republicans would work with the Dems and the President in a bipartisan fashion, we would at the very least discover if the President’s ideas would work. If not, we try something else after the next elections, but that isn’t how its done now. Now, the tribes of Dems and Reps are letting our nation go stagnant and we continue to fall behind other nations in important ways. But here in these forums as well as others, Americans accuse each other of being ignorant and/or stupid, but too few present ideas. My compliments to those above this comment who have chosen the higher path.My condolences to those who prefer the low ground.Respectfully,C.

Looks like Rubio listened to McCain who could, err, couldn’t tell the good guys from the Al Qaeda guys.
