We just bought some chicks, so let us see——$600.00 for coop and pen, $40.00 for chicks, $100.00 for feed, grit, scratch, litter and treats comes to $740.00 and no eggs for another ten weeks. Oh and did I mention tending to them two times a day—-every day? It is worth every penny! Oops! Gotta run and let them out of the coop———————<><me
