REX MORGAN: As I mentioned yesterday, before my comments were yanked: Is RM going to be the type of comic where the characters age? If so a weekend with Rex Morgan will probably be the equivalent of 3 months to us, the readers.
MARY WORTH: If Mary bumped into Elinor outside her home, then Elinor could easily bump into her daughter and Tom while they are also outside.
APT3G: LuAnn and Tommie both have great news in their letters; where does that leave Margo?
Rex Morgan – Arye, I doubt it. I haven’t been reading Rex Morgan long, just since FTE comments started. But I’m of a mind that Sarah was introduced several years ago and has been the same age for a very long time. Sort of like Tater and Jughead in Barney Google. Maybe Florchi or Teh can elucidate some for us.
Rex Morgan – Sounds like Sarah has it all figured out. I read this strip before Rex and June were married but not when Sarah was born. They may age, but verrry slooowly.Judge Parker – Sophie really follows current events. See my post yesterday.
MARY WORTH: since this strip has a reputation for moving slowly this week’s 2-week “jump” is rare. I’d like to think that the “I love you(s)” were at least after 2 weeks and not on the first date as it seemed.MARK TRAIL: still enjoying the new, rich coloring. I wonder if the artist, colorist or both are new.REX MORGAN: see Marvee’s good commentsJUDGE PARKER: the vintage strip is dealing with marijuana in the mid ’60’s.
Mary Worth: I didn’t know that Elinor went outside of the apartment without Beth.
Rex Morgan: I don’t think that June did a good job of raising Sarah if that’s the opinion she has of herself. Talk about likeing one’s self. She must be 8 going on 40ty.
Mark Trail: That forest caught fire very quickly but the tents didn’t and they didn’t get hit with any flying pieces of metal.
Phantom: Does the pilot expect P. to be running around NY city in his costume?
