They had 6 or more bombs and planned to drive from Boston to NYCity to bomb Times Square crowds.-DOJ Holder sent a defense attorney with a federal judge to “mirandize” Dzhorkhar in the hospital, interfering with the FBI investigation and stopping his answering questions.-Obama insists on avoiding identifying Jihadists in terror attacks, and prevents terrorists being prosecuted in Military courts for guerrilla warfare, insisting on doing “crime” trials in civilian courts. DOJ put a strong anti-death-penalty defense attorney on the team to protect the man caught on video doing the Jihadist bombing. I expect the DOJ defense team will keep the jury free of any citizen with any iota of knowedge about terrorism, ala the defense and the federal judge that kept any pro-life citizen off the Gosnell jury!-Can you say “rigged”?
@disgusted taxpayerlife in prison WITH parole is a far worse sentence than the death penalty. I hope this kid, AFTER being convicted in a fair trial by AMERICAN standards (not some third world standard) lives a long, long life behind bars. The federal prisoners should have a field day with his flesh for many decades to come. Then when he’s old, feeble and too institutionalized to fend for himself, he should be turned out on the streets in a cold Minnesota winter, and the time and place should be publically announced.why you conservatives are so soft on criminals and have such little faith in American justice, I have no idea. but what I just described is JUSTICE.
They used “Patriot Act” protocols BEFORE reading this CITIZEN his Miranda rights. BTW, got lots of folks to talk like crazy, AFTER giving Miranda, you just have to be a descent interrogator, and it doesn’t require torture or waterboarding, which btw, are counterproductive.
