    Tamerlan and his brother and their family came to America,
    took $100,000 welfare benefits since arriving in 2002, used every freedom available in the USA, and being Muslim and taught Koran from birth, nourished Jihadism and turned on Americans, planning, making and placing bombs among crowds of all ages, walking away and safely detonating their bombs, 2 of which failed to explode, and killed 3 victims and injured many. They had 6 or more bombs and planned to drive from Boston to NYCity to bomb Times Square crowds.
    DOJ Holder sent a defense attorney with a federal judge to “mirandize” Dzhorkhar in the hospital, interfering with the FBI investigation and stopping his answering questions.
    Obama insists on avoiding identifying Jihadists in terror attacks, and prevents terrorists being prosecuted in Military courts for guerrilla warfare, insisting on doing “crime” trials in civilian courts. DOJ put a strong anti-death-penalty defense attorney on the team to protect the man caught on video doing the Jihadist bombing. I expect the DOJ defense team will keep the jury free of any citizen with any iota of knowedge about terrorism, ala the defense and the federal judge that kept any pro-life citizen off the Gosnell jury!
    Can you say “rigged”?

    @disgusted taxpayer
    life in prison WITH parole is a far worse sentence than the death penalty. I hope this kid, AFTER being convicted in a fair trial by AMERICAN standards (not some third world standard) lives a long, long life behind bars. The federal prisoners should have a field day with his flesh for many decades to come. Then when he’s old, feeble and too institutionalized to fend for himself, he should be turned out on the streets in a cold Minnesota winter, and the time and place should be publically announced.

    why you conservatives are so soft on criminals and have such little faith in American justice, I have no idea. but what I just described is JUSTICE.

    They used “Patriot Act” protocols BEFORE reading this CITIZEN his Miranda rights. BTW, got lots of folks to talk like crazy, AFTER giving Miranda, you just have to be a descent interrogator, and it doesn’t require torture or waterboarding, which btw, are counterproductive.

    Disgusting, isn’t it? We pay for all this garbage. They are muslim terrorists from a foreign country and should be treated as enemy combatants. No mirandizing, no defense lawyers at the taxpayers expense, just get what info you can from them and execute them.

    Appears that Sharia law is catching on in the U.S.

    “Fools are in charge of your Security, be afraid…..very afraid.”

    yes, that’s what led to the marine barracks bombing in Lebanon, and the world trade towers being taken down in new York.

    you’d be complimenting those leaders by calling them fools, they didn’t even make it that far up the scale.

    @danny6pack “you conservatives are so soft on criminals”???
    I disagree. Life in prison is not worse than death, which most Islamic Jihadists seek by their suicide slaughters of innocent humans. And life in prison rewards murderers on the taxpayers’ money. U.S. prisons are hotbeds of Muslims converting convicted criminals! Jihadists will spread Jihadism and make our American society more dangerous.
    @neocon….God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit created the LAW that requires life for life in punishing murder.
    God gave the responsibility to nation’s leaders to enforce civil laws and to punish the guilty…Romans Chapter 13:1-5.
    In part, “For (the ruler) is the minister of God to you for good.
    But if you do that which is evil, be afraid: for he bears not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon those who do evil.”
