Sometimes this gets plain silly. Two 7 year olds in Suffolk, VA were susupended for 2 days for pointing pencils at each other and saying bang. They stopped when the teacher asked them to, but still got suspended. Really? Has anyone EVER mixed up a gun and a pencil? Use some common sense, please.

Good timing. I just heard about a kid who got suspended for pointing a pencil like a gun at another kid, even tho he stopped when told.
