Make lists! It’s the only way to get anything done! If you have Windows 7 there is something called sticky notes where you can jot down stuff to remember.
I have the problem of laying something down (like a tool or something), and forgetting where I put it. I know I had it 5 minutes ago, but it’s not where I was last using it. Numerous times, I’ve had to mentally retrace my steps back to where I last used it.
