    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Had a bunch of rain last evening. Supposed to get some bad wind and hail this evening. Sure hope our baby plants survive the wind.

Masaltov, Arye! How ever did you get a DNA test? Was this part of your blood work from last week? That’s pretty cool to know!

Women’s Cancer Support Group this afternoon. Always get so much out of these meetings. We have a guest speaker on nutrition after Cancer. Hope to get some new ideas.

@RITA: About 7 years ago I had my DNA done with a company in Houston, Texas. It gave me my Y-chromosome, Mitochondrial as well as the emails of people who matched up as my distant relatives. yesterday, I called them to find out about my ethnic make-up and those are the results.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Woodworker, I wouldn’t mind if summer passed as quickly as it arrived. Summer around here can be a bit brutal. Just a couple of days ago one of my husband’s co-workers was rushed to the hospital with what turned out to be severe dehydration. She’s lived in this area for more than 20 years and really does know she’s supposed to drink lots of liquids, but the hot weather showed up a month too early and most of us weren’t ready for it yet.

Finally got the internet at my CA office back up and running, and I am in catch-up mode. It is difficult to work from home when the connection to the office is down.
