    Clark Kent: What makes you think corporations are not governments? There are a few differences. They are nongeographical, so it’s hard to invade. They pay their citizens (employee wages) rather than make the citizens pay them (taxes) so in a conflict between geographical and nongeographical nations, it is easy to see where the vested interest of the binational citizen is. Corporations make their own foreign policy and hire (by bribing legislatures) mercenaries (usually the military of geographical nations) to fight their wars and both avoid casualties and gain contracts. But nonetheless function as nations do.
