Same studies are done on coffee. This week caffeine is good, next week, decaf is the culprit that is bad for your health. C’mon guys, make up your mind.

If you would like to find out why the results of a “scientific study” came out the way they did, find out who paid for the study.

As with almost everything, it’s ok in moderation. Excess is when it’s bad.

I like to eat baking chocolate. There are 30 calories in a square, and I’ve satisfied my craving with only about 1/3 to 1/2 of a square.
    .
Of course, Lindt Dark Chocolate with caramalized orange peels is exquisite!

There are no guidelines as to what constitutes a “study”.

For example, in my college years my study of better living through chemistry proved there are no long term benefits of such a lifestyle. Of course the results only came out 40 years later.

A recent study showed that studies are bad for you. Or good for you, depending…………..
