If Agnes is an orphan, Granny would at least get Social Security for her. And truly, that child would complain if she got hung with a new rope, as my own Granny used to say.

Breathless moan…. more like a nattering mutter – the kind where you think what is being said is how the heck do I shut that sound out? But you’re not quite sure because there’s this unlying whhhinnnnneeeeee. …. Then you smell bacon cooking and forget about all that and focus on the bacon!
