So his decision must be about state, local, Representative or, possibly, for Senator. The assumption is this strip was not out of “time sequence”. I’m suspect there are some readers who will place it meaning “current time”. Of course, some enterprising reader could peruse all the back strips and find out if it was taken out of “time sequence”.
