Because Tiffany is a self centered, narcissistic, egotistical, teenaged girl who thinks only of herself and tries to destroy any other female around her. The artist is describing Tiffany through Luann’s POV, which is how Luann views her. I do agree though, Tiffany has a personalit, it’s just disgusting.

Because it is a comic. that’s why. Talking ducks don’t exist either. Why are some readers such jerks to certain cartoonists?
