When are schools going to let kids choose their own books to report on instead of the boring slop they assign? I love reading but I still remember the books I had to read for literature class as the most boring books I ever read.
Can’t help as I never read that. I did try ‘War and Peace’ but I only got about an eighth of the book read before rising confusion stopped me. OTOH, I did read ‘Shogun’ at 1300+ pages.
