Elizabeth Warren is really giving those bankers “what for.”

My brother-in-law, who retired from Bank of America as an actual “senior executive”, said a number of years after his retirement, and Reagan’s deregulation efforts, that he didn’t recognize the company, or industry he’d worked for decades in, to quote him: “They’ve become a legalized mafia.”

Holder doesn’t hold all the cards any more, as CONGRESS has changed the laws turning these guys loose, and previous administrations have changed the regulations, sometimes even counter to even those “loose laws” to make bankers even safer from any prosecution, or punitive actions. And, yes, the Federal Register, for decades, has put out daily reams of new regulations for review, and Obama can’t hold a candle to Reagan’s or "W"’s people for altering, writing, or completely re-writing those regulations to favor “industry” and corporations. And also yes, one of the biggest jokes, and lies, the conservative pump out is that Obama is an “anti-business socialist”. He’s even further right than Clinton, and for a “Democrat”, that IS interesting indeed.

A number of years ago tets were made of bundles of bills ad something like 60% was found to have traces of cocaine so when that drug dog sniffs your pants pocket, he’s not getting fresh.

Elizabeth Warren’s quote: “If you’re caught with an ounce of cocaine, the chances are good you’re going to go to jail. If it happens repeatedly, you may go to jail for the rest of your life. But, evidently, if you launder nearly a billion dollars for drug cartels and violate our international sanctions, your company pays a fine and you go home and sleep in your own bed at night, every single individual associated with this. And I think that’s fundamentally wrong.” -And it’s all nice and legal.-Remember, this is the lady that Republicans were terrified of being head of consumer protection.

If you’re rich, you can by any politician you want, pass any laws you want, and then do anything you want. Shouldn’t our constitution prevent that type of systemic abuse?
