Good morning Vagabonds. My 2nd day back in New York and I’m still going through the big pile of back issues (since December) of New York newspapers that my friend left for me – and I’ve put the “Voice of the People” (letters to the editor) from each day aside to read after I’ve gone through all the papers.
Does anyone know how I may paste a digital photo into B y E? I’ve seen others do it in the other comics and I’ve seen “Hobbes” (the commenter, not the original tiger) do it with old cartoons. I want @Florchi to see the flower bush that I photographed near my Miami home, although it’s also in my facebook (Arye Barkai). I’m sure she can identify it. I would like to use the color of this flower in my molding (too rich to paint a whole wall with that color) whenever I decide to paint..
@Florchi, thanks. I opened up the tutorial, but failed to understand it. At any rate, if you can get into my facebook (Arye Barkai) you will see a photo of the flower bush and perhaps will be able to identify it for me.
No more excitement to report here. M is recovering nicely – he’s even back in the hot tub in the AM. Still sore, but better.
Temp has been in the high seventies the past day or so and it has been really nice.
David, I saw another commenter on a different Go Comics strip this morning who uses “david_42” as his screen name with no avatar. Not to be confused with our davidf42!
Wow! It’s 56 already! It is truly Spring! We’ll be opening the windows in a couple of hours! I sure hope it doesn’t slip from the 60’s to the 80/90’s too soon!
Our Farmer’s Market is due to open tomorrow. I don’t think there will be any produce, but there will be the standard crafts, and hopefully some vendors selling vegetable plant start ups.
