I would criticize Cathy for her hurry but I can see why she’s so desperate to set a wedding date. Given her age, how long she’s dreamed of finding “Mr. Right” and how much of a whack-a-doodle she can be sometimes, she wants to get Irving to the altar just as fast as she can before he comes to his senses and runs in the opposite direction as fast as his legs will carry him!!!!! ;-)

Hello and Happy Friday, fellow Cathy fans. While still a little bit buried under our latest snowfall here yesterday morning, the city and county has been doing a pretty good job so far this year when it comes to plowing our streets so we can get around (once we get our driveways shoveled, of course!). It’s currently 31° and while not exactly “warm,” the sun is shining and doing what it can to help us out, too. It’s supposed to be in the 40’s this weekend and in the 50’s next week so thank goodness it’ll all be gone again soon. So tired of winter and ready for it to be Springtime. Seems like it’s never going to get here!

@GretchensMom, you’re not the only one tired of winter. We got into the 40s today and they’re calling for the 70s by midweek next week. Yeah, can’t wait!
