OK. I had my [eye-roll] ramped up and ready to go, but that last panel was actually pretty good.

    HI, MOM. Happy Sunday, Crew.

It must be pretty hard for dogs (and cats) to suddenly go from being in a one-person, one-animal home to a two-person, two-animal (or more) home. We understand what’s going on but they don’t, and to have their lives so suddenly disrupted like that must be very difficult and confusing for them. It’s no wonder they act out and do aggravating things that are so out of character for them. Hopefully their human “parents” are caring and understanding about the situation and try to help them through it rather than dump them because the animals no longer “behave” themselves like they used to before the families/homes “blended” together.

    Hi, rgcviper!

summerdog: I didn’t misunderstand your earlier post yesterday but I fear you may have misunderstood mine. I never believed for one moment that you were the kind of person to “bet” on the length of someone’s marriage — especially while at the actual wedding reception itself. I was only replying that I found that kind of behavior on other people’s part to be disgusting and con-temptible . . . especially since I had the exact same thing happen to me when I got married and some people there were specu-lating as to how long mine was going to last. I just think that it’s a terrible thing to say about someone that you’re either related to or (supposedly) friends with . . . and right there at their very own wedding/reception too. That’s all.

Hello and Happy Sunday, fellow Cathy fans. Hope everyone had a really nice weekend! :-)

“fun” — maybe not for everyone. And cats are even worse.
