Funny thing, I’ve had new plastic storage boxes sitting in my apartment for weeks, and I’ve yet to begin compulsively organizing any of the piles of papers that have been waiting and waiting… I must be a strong person to resist the lure of empty plastic storage boxes….

You’d think with this “problem” that Cathy would be the most organized person, but she’s not. Eyeroll :-)Hello Cathy clan! I’d say that you’re pretty normal, argy.bargy… I’ve bought plastic bins before with “grand organizing plans” in mind, but it took me a while to actually do it.

Some people get the bug to begin organizing as soon as they get the boxes to do it with, some people drag their feet before finally beginning but eventually get it done, and then there are some people who buy the boxes but end up never doing the work — ever. I usually fall in the middle range. I may want to do it as soon as I buy the boxes, folders, etc., but then don’t have the time to work on it until sometime later. But no matter how long it takes me to get started, it always gets done.

    Hi, rgcviper!

Hello and Happy Monday, fellow “Cathy” fans. Hope everyone had a really nice weekend and a nice day today, too.

    lightenup & lindz.coop:

My new laptop is a Toshiba and I use Chrome for my browser. Wondering if maybe that had somehow now become a problem, I tried to use Firefox instead but found I had the exact same issues. Pop-ups aren’t a problem for me because my husband installed an excellent blocker program and it works great. I contacted Go Comics earlier this afternoon about what’s been going on lately and hopefully they’ll be able to help me figure things out soon. [B/t/w: the enlarging feature and the 3 buttons directly under the comic (I forget what they do) don’t work either.] I don’t have a Disqus account to see Seattle PI’s comics because it’s never been necessary. I just go to seattlepi.com, choose the comic option and it takes me where I need to go in order to read whatever comics I want. Leaving an occasional comment has never been a problem because they give you the option to do it as a “guest.” I was a Disqus member at one time a couple of years ago but I had trouble signing in a majority of the time so I just cancelled my membership. No comments section of any kind appears there now that I can see. There’s no way for me to read anything anyone else has left [that is, if they still can] and there’s no way to leave a message there myself. Same thing with oregonlive.com. It’s a puzzle alright! Hopefully things can be fixed soon and when [or even IF] they are, I’ll be sure to let you both know!

This was a subtle hint to me that I need to do some cleaning, isn’t it?

Oh, well … I’ll toss in an [eye-roll] for good measure.

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.

Still missing you, Aaron and Billy. Hope you’re both OK, and will come back again soon to visit.
