I say, tax the crap out of guns, ammo and the magazines, require background checks at gun shows (currently not happening), restore funding to compassionate mental health treatment and increase the number of school nurses -especially those w/psychiatric education
Lester has it 100% correct….Obama, like all would-be dictators, from Stalin through Mao and Fidel, use children as shield for “the agenda” and for Propaganda, to gain support and power in taking freedom from citizens.-IMO, those 4 very young children did not, all on their own, decide to write to the president, and the language is not that of their age group. Can you say “Rigged”?-Americans now face a bulldozer crusade to be spied on and reported to a Federal Listing and ultimately, disarmed by that Federal regime.
Zippy; first, gun owners were also asked to put signs up saying they had guns, and said, “no way”. Also there is a big fight on to keep concealed carry permit holders names secret, in several states, because they don’t WANT folks knowing they have guns, or permission to “carry”.
The 900 plus were killed right here in the U.S. and Obama has been putting an end to that procession of dead soldiers into Arlington, that Cheney/Bush/Perle/Rice/Rumsfeld/and the rest of the chickenhawks started.
The victims are NOT “gun control victims” rather the LACK of proper gun control and regulation victims, and yes I AM a gun owner, know how to use them, and want to see stricter regulations, especially regarding “military style” weapons not suitable for any civilian purpose, including that idiotic claim of “self defense”. Don’t need 30+ round magazines to defend yourself, only one round, properly placed.
