Good morning, everyone. I still haven’t seen Shirttail Slim posting.

Last night I won big at bing. Everyone put 2 quarters each into one game and the winner (that was me) had to fill up the entire card.

Today’s Doonesbury is a perfect illustration as to why the online comics are better than the printed version: The Miami herald left out the 1st 2 panels of Doonesbury which would have put the whole story into perspective. Unfortunately, I read the herald version before going over to GoComics.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Wow! I can’t believe that we have such high rollers in our midst!!!! I always enjoy putting a little money on a game……and, two quarters is just about my speed! I have a piggy bank with pennies, and one with dimes and nickles. When our granddaughters come to visit, that’s what we drag out to play with. :)))

Glad to hear from you, Slim. I didn’t know about Columbo…..never watched it. Is it in reruns anywhere?

Oh, Rita!!! You’ve never seen Columbo??? You are missing one of the great detectives of all time!!! Peter Falk played him to perfection. I don’t know about reruns, but we have the entire series, including the later TV-movies on DVD. Well worth the investment.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I know, I know……..never watched the show. I’m sure we’ll find it on some satellite channel. I really do enjoy Peter Falk, but somehow there are very few shows that we used to follow way back when our kids were small. Never took too much time to watch TV…….too exhausted!

Peter Falk was a cousin of my brother-in-law, so for Chab=nukah I bought my sister and B-i-L the whole series of Columbo.
