Don’t forget to back your car in the driveway. It may not be a ground floor apt. Maybe the staircase goes down to ground level. I’ve schlepped refrigerators up and down those.

Nobody asked me a damn thing when my daughters got married. I found out about the younger one two months after the fact. Times have sure changed.
Also, take note of how the furniture is laid out; you don’t want a sofa blocking your escape route.
