If taking the stairs is SOOOOO good for you, why don’t all the doctors take them? Why isn’t the doctor in this instance walking up WITH the patient to keep a check on him?
I had to take a stress test a few years ago and thought I would die. No kidding. It was completely exhausting. The doctor seem totally unconcerned. I’m not sure if I should have taken comfort, or been furious at his indifference.
