Yeah, all you have to do is watch the McCain posse saying exactly the same words and know that they made up their minds before they saw the lady, and she was wasting air talking to them.
I had to chuckle when I watched video clips of McCain and Graham from a few years ago talking about the specific, but errant, reasons we needed to go into Iraq. Perhaps they should self deport to atone for their actions.
I will go on record as believing that Colin Powell did not knowingly lie to the UN. I have seen interviews with him and it clearly troubles him that he knows he gave incorrect information. He was told what to say by his CinC, and he followed orders. Now, the CinC paid $35K per month for Ahmed Chalabi to tell him what he wanted to hear. He also refused to listen to what he didn’t want to hear, which is why Ambassador Wilson wrote his piece for the NY Times, which is why Cheney sent Scooter Libbey to out his wife, Valerie Plame, for having the audacity to not shut up when ignored.
And remember that much of the “evidence” that was given to the Bush administration was provided by a person called “curveball”, and that the inspection team, run by non-partisan Hans Blix, stated categorically that there were no WMDs. And then the Bush administration found reasons to believe he was not credible.
To give a historical perspective, I will remind you that John McCain went on Letterman a few weeks after the invasion of Afghanistan. Letterman asked, “How goes the war?”, McCain answered, “Well, now we have a new problem. Iraq.” Foreshadowing future plans…..
And the fact that Democrats voted to allow Dubya to go to war only proves that you don’t have to be from any particular political party to be dead wrong.
Oh come on now, Shrub, when speaking extemporaneously could at times string three or four words together that made sense. He was, after all, a Yale graduate thanks to his old man’s influence.

Posters on these boards who parrot Republican talking points over and over won’t even understand that this cartoon is referring to them.

Democrats were just like this during the previous administration. Time for more Americans to start voting 3rd party.
