Good morning, Vagabpnds. I finally found my addressbook inside my bedsheets. But because of that I finallly swept up all the papers that had fallen to the floor and disposed of many of the unwanted papers.
Morning, Village. Thanks to all of you who expressed concern about my Shingles. It is very painful. I took a pain pill yesterday afternoon and the darn thing knocked me out. I slept till six pm. The doctor told me that after this thing clears up, to wait a couple months and then get the vaccine to prevent it happening again. I didn’t know that there was a vaccine. If I had known, I’d have gotten it years ago.
Work on the house has been going great up till now. We’ve started painting, even. I was planning on painting today, but I don’t know if I can handle it. We’ll see.
Hello all you happy people..Today, the day that will live in infamy. Now one of two such days..I’m getting to heavy, so I’ll change the subject..An overcast day, but should be nice for a while, snow later on though..I’ll catch ya later..ttfn
So sorry about your shingles, David………how long will this last? Is there anything they can do for it besides pain pills? Don’t take too much Tylenol or it’s substitute. A friend did because she didn’t want the narcotic pills, and had liver damage!
Yes, the original day of Infamy! Well presented in “Tora, Tora, Tora”.
We’re expecting a good amount of snow tomorrow. So, today we’re gonna stock up on the fresh veggies, fruit, milk and eggs just in case we get socked in.
Pearl Harbor Day. A day of sadness, determination and remembrance. Also my nephew’s birthday. So, happy birthday, John!
Rita, if no one wants that DVD (or Harvey as I offered previously) then I will include it in my next donation to Salvation Army.
I had my hair cut yesterday, and finally found someone who understood how short I really want it. So I had M take photos with my phone last night so that I can show the next hairdresser what I want. (I go to Quick Cuts and they are constantly changing personnel so I never know who will cut it next.)
GOOD AFTERNOON YA’LLHave read and seen many photos of that fateful morning of Dec. 7 ’41 and black and white movie clips. AS it was Sunday most personnel were ashore-TG
On the lighter side Drew Carey celebrated his 1000th show onPrice is Right today, and life goes on………………………………
Only 70’s today in Coastal Ga.- nice for outdoor activities asno sweating is included
Take care as best ya’ll can, and have a safe and happy weekend— Got your tree yet??
