How many of you can remember the good old days when Congress REALLY WAS adjourned by Thanksgiving? At 69 I’m not sure whether I really can remember it or just remember reading about it!
This reminds me of the engineer’s recipe for cooking a turkey. You stuff the turkey with unpopped popcorn and put it in the oven. When it blows the arse off the turkey, it’s done!
If anyone is watching the dog show on TV, the Great Dane won the working class award! I kept thinking of Marmaduke and all of his fans. Yay for Great Danes!!
