So he’ll switch to a puzzle called Romney’s Plan for Creating Jobs and lowering the deficit without raising taxes or fees. However, that puzzle has to sides to each piece and is also missing pieces. We just can’t win folks.C.

I see why you took it that way. Not my intent. Our nation has a 300 million piece puzzle to put together. Too many of the pieces don’t even want to come together where they should. You have seen my previous posts on Benghazi and while it saddens me, I don’t feel this administration did anything “wrong”. I don’t think Reagan did anything “wrong” when the barracks in Lebanon was collapsed. Under the conditions that existed before 9/11/2001, where CIA NSA, FBI etc failed to share information properly, even W. Bush wasn’t at fault. The legislations under these administrations failed to have appropriate committees ask the right questions and prepare properly. They failed to unify our intelligence agencies as those organizations fought for ever dwindling resources. There is blame to go around. The real puzzle it how we’re going to assemble it better.Respectfully,C.

If there is any lesson for “conservatives” to take from “Benghazi”, it is that “W” PRIVATIZED security for our State Dept. AND MILITARY folks overseas! Privatizing war IS the big thing for Republicans. Mitt wants to privatized FEMA and ALL government agencies, to include resource managers watching over folks like BP (changes in 31CFR in 2007), just like letting those corporations did SO WELL, at defending our resources, and giving up profits to provide for our safety!!!

YES, there IS a lesson to take from Benghazi: VOTE OUT ALL REPUBLICAN NEOCONS!!

If this had been a Republican Administration, the left would surely have thought there was something being covered up. If it is a non-story, why don’t we have the information coming out of the oval office instead of those in the other offices telling the story? Can you honestly tell the world you believe the president didn’t know then or does not know now that it was not a terrorist attack and was not because of the trailer for a movie. As with fast and furious, this could have been avoided had they told the truth from the beginning. It would have taken the wind out of it. Terrorism does still occur around the world, everyone knows that, except the Obama administration apparently.

9/11 gave “W” the greatest popularity boost, and level of support, since 12/7/1941, then he took it, and blew it. That it turned out later he was largely responsible for the event because his “advisors” were totally incompetent, still doesn’t seem to matter to the “righties”. Then of course Cheney/Rummy et al using the biggest bucket of lies in history to invade Iraq, were the “perfect storm” of incompetence, on the part of the voters, to fall for it…

After awhile, you have to wonder if people are simply making political hay out of this or if they really and truly believe such things get sorted out in a week or two?

Are they cynical or are they stupid? And which are we?

Besides it taking time to gather the facts, the last week of a presidential campaign is no time to sort out a complex military/terrorist issue. Once the election is over, slightly cooler heads will prevail and inquiries will be more objective and productive.
