By law anyone over 65; the doctor must bill Medicare no matter if they pay cash. The Dr. could be fined $10,000 for each occurrence. I think 700 yrs. old. qualifies for over 65.
Better hope that Leo doesn’t find Gary’s doubloon stash.. ;-)
