    They attach a bunch of electrodes to you to monitor body electrical functions. The electrodes hold on by suction cups and a yucky paste.

    Then they put you on a treadmill and have you walk. The speed and the angle of the treadmill are changed until they get the information they want. Or until you can’t handle the walking, whichever comes first.

    Actually, when MacNelly started this, It Was P. Shoemaker MARTIN!!! There is a “breed” of bird named MARTIN!!! There is NOT a “breed” of birds named shoemaker!!!

    Our families would have loved to have someone/anyone in the medical community give us a heads up and describe outcomes for “heroic” treatments when our parents passed away. Instead we got more and more efforts to preserve a bad situation. Luckily my Mother-in-law had finally discussed HER wishes with the family so we did not have the prolonged “Let’s try this” syndrome. Paying a medical professional to discuss outcomes when a disease presents itself can save anguish, guilt and yes money in the long run, and give a family a REALISTIC idea of what to expect.
