According to an article in yesterday’s newspaper, several states have decriminalized marijuana (Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio & Oregon) and some states have legalized medical marijuana (Maine, Vermont, Michigan, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washing Nevada, Montana, Colorado, Alaska & Hawaii and also Washington, D.C).
Judge Parker – “My friend, Avery, is too impetuous and if you harm a hair of his head, you will answer to me and the courts!”Rex – She’s going to lunch in her swim suit? Perhaps in that setting it’s okay.Mark Trail – He was caught off-guard. He has the gun but it would be hard to get it into shooting position. The partner could take it and use it though.Phantom – In past strips, all the animals were white but today that’s definitely a zebra.
