Being an A/C Heat serviceman, I always changed mine after it was at least one month overdue. Couldn’t allow the wife to think she knew stuff………

How about getting up and changing the stupid things, or would that make you look too henpecked Earl? Though I think Opal’s timing needs work, tell him sometime when he’s sitting there looking like he needs something to do.

They both have the ‘Husband ear’ perfected. Looks like his Son in law is a little better.

Some of you have it backwards– he really couldn’t hear her, and was wondering if he should just pretend that he did.

Me, I’m more likely to hear but pretend I didn’t.

Btw, Poppy, that’s not his son-in-law.

Earl, turn the volume on your hearing aid up a little bit so you can heard enough whenever Opal asks you to do for her.

selective hearing on both of their parts. LOL

My husband routinely changes air filters. When he is absorb in TV he doesn’t listen but when I watch he interrupts to allot makes me mad then I will get evan with him on his favorite show as usual he ignores me.
