    You do realize that some of this is still timely? Yes Uncle Ruckus is a self hating black man. He wants to be white, blue eyes, blond hair—a Scandinavian.

    I was reading Boondocks online all the way back in 2000, and even back then I never understood why McGruder insisted on using that AWFUL shading pattern over everything. It’s so ugly and distracting.
