   Photoshop and a 3-D printer to create the latex muscle bulk he can then glue on. Next thing you know, you will be able to 3-D print real live tissue. Not sure how to attach that though. Needle and thread?

    Lol, I’ve seen many guys like him with tooth pick legs because they dont do enough leg work, They look funny, but think they are hot stuff. I always laugh when I see them.
