Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 17 “Deader Than Dead”(8) 2/8/2013
Panel One
He knows he isn’t in the future anymore. The air is clean, the sky is bright, the grass is cool to his feet and the animal sounds are distinctly dinosaurean. He isn’t too far from the lake. He might catch a fish to eat on the way back to the village.
Panel Two
He walks into the shallow part of the lake then dives and grabs a slippery fish for supper. “Noodling” they call it in the future as he saw on cable tv. “Glad I haven’t lost my touch.” He mused to himself.
Panel Three
Back at the museum it is late, and the security chief Bolan is tense as he walks carefully as quietly as possible. He has one of those riot shields with a slit port to fire through. He knows whatever can manually tear the doors off their hinges in the front of the building can make mincemeat of him. The police should be there soon.
Panel Four
What his senses don’t detect is that someone is behind him. And it is getting closer, looking at him with its red eyes with large black pupils in the near darkness. He just passed the area where those velociraptor mummies had been before they were stolen, now replaced with a tarpaulin covered display to be unveiled next week.
Attack what? He snapped his fingers and they just took off running. I guess he’d better have them facing whatever he wants them to attack when he snaps his fingers. lol
Good Morning Benders and all. T-Rex may be having long term exposure effects to the potion. When Alley, who is observing, stops the Wizer’s scheme maybe he can introduce the Saturday Dinosaur Races. We will see.
Good morning Benders and all. What happened to all of the other dinos? Are they still looking for something to attack? What were they attacking? The mystery begins to get deeper and deeper.
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
