Technically, what Wiz told the dinosaurs was that they should follow Wiz’s orders when Wiz snaps his fingers. The last time Wiz snapped his fingers, he said Attack. Now, when Wiz snapped his fingers, he said – Follow me! I still think T Rex should leap to the conclusion that he has been morphed into Wiz’s lap dog!
I’m waiting to see what comes next. Does the red T-Rex attack Wizer or does the shout by someone to “Alley Oop!” get the dinos started running. Right now it is a bit confusing over the ordering.
My prediction for tomorrow’s strip: two panels from Tuesday,second panel from Thursday, first panel from Friday, and first panel from Saturday. It’s possible the Benders could use second panel from today and not have anything new to add but I expect they will put their maximum effort and give us a whole new panel tomorrow. Tune in and see!
Good Morning Benders and all Tomorrow should prove interesting. The T-Rex is still the weak linchpin. Get him to ignore the Wizer’s commands and the rest of the dinos will do likewise, as it has been strongly impressed in their minds to follow the example of the T-Rex. We shall see.
his plan is to have his dino posse “attack” moo, but before the carnage, he’ll call them off, save the day and be the hero. what can go wrong? faulty planning for one thing:
the moovians, threatened by the dino posse, will yell for alley oop to to save them. the attack will stop. and alley will be hero while wizer wonders about what went wrong.
Billdi – been thinking that outcome for a couple weeks myself. Why else have him shouting Alley Oop to call them off. A pretty obvious setup.
Am I the only one why thinks Wizer is going seriously out of character with the petulance about being “left out”, and then an elaborate and dangerous plan to “show them all”? Seems more like an immature 16 year old living in a fantasy world (such as Klebold and and Harris, the Columbine shooters), than the older “Wizer” we have known – not that intrigue and scheming involving Wizer, Tunk and Alley hasn’t been part of the Alley heritage before the Benders.
I haven’t read this long enough to know Wizer’s character, but I assume he got the name for some reason, so I agree with your analysis. Using “Alley Oop” as a signal to stop, makes no sense except to bring about Billdi’s prediction. It’s really “unwize” for Wizer not to have seen how that could ruin his plan.

Ally Oop, Ally Oop. Nothing is stopping this bad theme. It would be funny if Wiz made the potion wrong and the dinos started to eat the plants.
