Road rage is full time too.

She is a Mom with a tremendous amount of responsibilities. I think she is doing well.

what IS her job ?

Or…OR…maybe we’re all just “parents”, each of us trying to take care of our kids the best way we know how. Likely you won’t find much agreement on what constitutes “best”…

What about Refrigerator Mother?

I forgot or never knew, what happened to Zack’s father.

There’s also the zeppelin parent. Quiet, distant, and then a sudden explosion.

I’m sure there are already some neighborhoods where a drone follows the kid to school.

You’re alive, fed, clothed and guided. Say, “Thanks Mom”.

My Mom was a home maker. Always there for me. My kids always had their Mom home for them. Times have changed dramatically in my lifetime. I remember a few “latch key” kids. Some were o.k, others sad at times and some delinquent.

I don’t get the lawn mower analogy?

The old remote control one is all we had in the 70s. The others would have seen you labeled as a sissy who couldn’t fight his/her own battles.
