A strong leader and a weak govt can end it as a republic. What we have now is a weak leader with a strong govt being battered down and eviscerated. And as long as the party in power supports him he will continue. But then that is what the current party wants. Weaken govt. What they don’t see is that someone stronger than the current President could make things worse for us. They want to return to the unworkable short lived Confederation of states we had from 1776-1789). But the Libertarians made the mistake of hitching their dreams to an auto crat Billionaire (David and especially Charles Koch) who want our Aryan empire to remain and expand. That and permanently erasing any govt aid for us personally or states. Which means the next disaster they are on their own…
