Never ceases to amaze me the ways businesses find to turn customers away.
A restaurant that doesn’t list prices is saying to customers “we are charging too much for the same stuff you can buy at another place down the road. Don’t buy from us.”
“Market Price” used to be a scam used to multiply the price of some food item to several times it’s actual price on the market. Another way that restaurants told customers “don’t eat here.”
Life’s too short for greedy stupidities.
Used to get catalogs that didn’t list prices. They went in the recycling bin. That kind of chicanery says “don’t buy here.”
Same with webpages that don’t bother to list prices or those that said “call for price.” Time is money and I just wasn’t interested in the nonsense. Such things scream “don’t buy from them.”
