“Peekaboo’s advanced Yoga workout”?
Makes my toes hurt. BTW, some fitness site on the net (no, I can’t remember who) suggested watching cats stretch and imitating them to keep your flexibility. I prefer their napping postures. . .
I have tried imitate one of cat’s sleeping poses…she sleeps on her back, with all paws curled toward her body. I call it, the melted cheese posture!
Kittens exist to keep us from Falling Through the Floor when we relax.
The extra poses due to stretched feline may induce better results from this pose.
