Texas: The Supreme Court won't allow us to use our abortion law to put an undue burden on women... we'll have to do it with pay inequity, sexism, and misogyny like everyone else!
The Texas law was designed to require medical standards so that women choosing abortion would not be victims of malpractice or gross negligence as women had been treated by the Pennsylvania abortion “doctor” Kermit Gosnell.
-The Supreme Court admitted that the Texas regulations were in part a response to the facts of decades of filthy and unsafe conditions in Gosnell’s clinic.
