Although there looks little chance that a visitor could get injured by falling icicles when the visitor comes up to the front door and knocks, I feel that there is still great danger from falling icicles by a peeping tom peeping into the window! Especially when you don’t cover the windows with dense curtains!
What does the law say? Would you still be responsible for medical bills if a peeping tom is killed when peeping into your window when they shouldn’t be?
I know it’s just to set up the joke, but telling a kid to take care of dangerous icicles that are way too high for her to reach? That’s just negligent.
