Wait a minute John! I may have missed it, I rarely miss a Lila though. There wasn’t an April birthday for Lila this year. I have a hunch it is because your birthday is in April. However, since you spent it in the hospital with your dad it just may not have occured to you to do a Lila birthday.
You’re very observant, arsmall…so stop it! LOL! If you’ve noticed, the strip has not been in sync with any of the holidays lately or with Lila’s birthday, which is, as you say, in April to coincide with mine. In the past several months, I’ve had to push out copy to get into a schedule of being seven weeks ahead. This meant shoving in some weeks of reworks. I’m almost on track and hopefully will be able to now incorporate holidays again starting with July 4. Being in the hospital during my birthday really wasn’t a factor because that strip would’ve already been written weeks before. Thanks for noticing arsmall.

Question for you JWF on each strip how many times do you rewrite dialog?
